When ordering a survey package you will get access to the advanced survey features. You can order additional survey packages at any time, even during an ongoing survey and update the functions with the new features. As soon as the ordered survey package is assigned to a survey, the advanced features become available.

Expiration and order process:

Selection of the survey package
First, select the desired survey package.
User data and billing address
Please provide your user information and the billing address.

You can specify an internal invoice number, which we will include to the invoce in a separate field.
Paymwent method
Choose your desire payment method and insert the required data.
Order
After you have checked your entries, please click on the right side on Order now. By clicking the order button, the order becomes legally binding.
Confirmation by email
Following the order, you will receive an order confirmation and invoice by email. They include all needed details.
