Each survey package has its own individual duration. During this booked duration, you can activate and perform your surveys. This doesn't mean that the survey(s) must be activated for the entire time. The duration is just the period of time, you booked your features.

Beginning of the duration

After activation (email confirmation) the duration of your survey plan starts. During the duration of the ordered survey plan you can activate and conduct your survey(s) with all the attached features.

If you are finish with your survey early, you can stop it at any time. While you have part of the duration remaining, you can reactivate your survey again any time.

End of duration

At the end of the duration all running surveys are being closed automatically, if you did not close them before, and you are changing to the free service.

In case of special requests, we can customize the duration for every survey plan. Just talk to us in advance.
