If you would like to cancel your subscription at easyfeedback, you can easily do this via your account. The cancellation can be made up to one day before the next billing and is easy with one click.
Info:
The cancellation is only possible when all open bills have been paid. If you still have open invoices, you will not see the cancellation button.
How to cancel subscription:
After canceling, participants can still take part in your surveys. Your surveys will be ends automatically at the end of the term and further participation is no longer possible. However, you can still access to your account and surveys.
Continue subscription
If you decide to extend your subscription again after canceling, simply click on the continue subscription button on the same page. This will expire your subscription and you can continue to run your surveys.

- Sign in to your account
- Click in the top right on Account > Account Data and then open the tab Plan & billing
- At the bottom of the page, click the cancel subscription button
