If you would like to cancel your subscription at easyfeedback, you can easily do this via your account. The cancellation can be made up to one day before the next billing and is easy with one click.

The cancellation is only possible when all open invoices have been paid. If you still have open invoices, you will not see the cancellation button.
How to cancel subscription:
Sign in to your account
Click on your name in the upper-right corner and select “Account data” and open the menu "Plan& billing"
Click the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner of your plan/order and then select “Cancel Order”
After canceling, participants can still take part in your surveys. Your surveys will be ends automatically at the end of the term and further participation is no longer possible. However, you can still access to your account and surveys.
Continue subscription
If you decide to extend your subscription again after canceling, simply click on the three-dot menu of your porder and continue subscription. This won't expire your subscription and you can continue to run your surveys.
