You only need an internet connection and an browser with activated Javascript and Cookies to successfully use easyfeedback. The following browser versions are required to use all functions.To use easyfeedback and to participate in surveys, we support the last two browser versions of common browsers, such as: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, etc.

Older browser versions will still work in some cases, but will not receive any further support.

Accessible survey design

The survey design of easyfeedback is accessible and meets legal requirements and important criteria to enable all users—regardless of individual impairments—to participate without restriction.

These include, among other things:

Keyboard operability: All functions and navigation elements can be controlled entirely via the keyboard, so that even users without a mouse can easily complete surveys.
Compatibility with screen readers: The design is implemented in such a way that screen readers can correctly capture and read aloud the content, making it easier for blind and visually impaired people to access.
Use of ARIA roles: The use of ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) roles provides semantic information that makes it easier for assistive technologies to interpret the user interface.
Alternative text for images: Graphic elements and images contain descriptive alternative text so that users with visual impairments can also fully understand the content.
Text scalability: Texts can be flexibly designed and enlarged without any loss of quality, which improves readability for people with visual impairments.
High-contrast text: High color contrasts between text and background optimize readability for all user groups, especially for people with impaired vision. Contrasts can be flexibly adjusted in the layout configurator.
