Available only on the Professional and Enterprise plans.
With Single Sign-On, you can use your Identity Provider (IDP) to control who in your company has access to easyfeedback and thereby secure the login process with two-factor authentication (2FA).
To use Single Sign-On for your account, please follow these steps:
Click on your name in the top-right corner and select Account Settings
In the menu on the left, click Admin > Single Sign-On
Click the “New SSO Provider” button
Now enter the required information and save your settings
Once the connection via SSO has been established, the following options are available to you:
Restrict login to IDP
This option blocks users from logging in via the normal login page using a username and password. Login is then only possible through your IDP.
Allow automatic creation of new user accounts via SSO (IDP)
If you enable this option, a new user account will be automatically created for every unknown email address (user) that accesses easyfeedback.com via SSO. This requires that there be available, unused user licenses.
You also have the following options:
Each new user is automatically assigned a predefined role with permissions
Each new user is automatically assigned to a preselected team
Or a new team is automatically created for each new user
