AI Consent


The use of AI features in your company is only permitted if they comply with the policy you have created? To ensure that you and your users can use the individual AI features within easyfeedback in compliance with data protection regulations, you can obtain consent from each user before they use these features.

With AI consent, you can store your own AI policies in easyfeedback and make it require to your users before using AI.

 
Note

The individual AI features in easyfeedback can be enabled or disabled per user. If you enable the AI features, AI consent takes effect as soon as it has also been enabled.


To enable AI Consent, follow these steps:
 
  1. Click your name in the top-right corner, select “Account data” and select in the left menu "Admin > AI Consent"
  2. Enter a custom message that will be displayed to the user for AI Consent
  3. Optional: Upload a PDF that the user can download
  4. Optional: Define a timeframe for when consent must be renewed
  5. Save your settings
Once you enable AI consent, an info box with your text will appear when the user clicks on an AI feature. The user must agree to this before they can use the AI features.

 
Note

You can see whether and when a user has agreed to the AI consent in the User Management. To do this, click Edit to the respective user. The consent date is displayed under the permissions for the AI features.
