You can export the results of the survey at any time. Either the whole results or a specified view from the filter settings can be chosen for export.

Please proceed as folows, to export the results:

Select the desired survey in the Overview
Click on Evaluation and navigate to the Results
Choose the desired format on the top right side

You can adjust the filter settings before exporting, to get only the needed results in this export. All filter settings are taken into account for in the export. With these adjustments you can filter each target group, export their results into pdfs and use them for target group presentations. In excel, csv and spss files the filter settings are available as well. The adjustment possibilities are there to help you in your analysis.

Note
Extensive filtering and exporting of results is only possible with an active survey tariff. Keep this in mind when choosing the duration of your survey tariff.
