The sweepstake / newsletter question enables you to obtain approval for a contest or newsletter. The required data can be obtained anonymously or not, then being connected to the rest of the survey. The exported data will be prepared in a different way, depending on the selected settings.
1. Sweepstakes / Newsletter Question WITHOUT anonymous inclusion in the survey
If you did not activate the option for anonymous data collection, you will see the personal data among the results, just like the rest. You can easily export all into the available formats.
2. Sweepstakes / Newsletter Question WITH anonymous inclusion in the survey
If you have enabled “anonymous data collection,” the data will still be displayed in the analysis, but in a random order. This ensures that participants’ responses cannot be linked to the rest of the responses. Additionally, the data will not be included in Excel, CSV, or SPSS exports.
If you want to export the data separately, you can export it directly from the question in the results. A separate export button is available for this purpose:
