The sweepstake / newsletter question enables you to obtain approval for a contest or newsletter. The required data can be obtained anonymously or not, then being connected to the rest of the survey. The exported data will be prepared in a different way, depending on the selected settings.

1. Sweepstakes / Newsletter Question WITHOUT anonymous inclusion in the survey
If you did not activate the option for anonymous data collection, you will see the personal data among the results, just like the rest. You can easily export all into the available formats.

2. Sweepstakes / Newsletter Question WITH anonymous inclusion in the survey
While you have the "anonymous data collection" option activated, the personal data will be displayed in the results dashboard, but in random order. This ensures there is no connection between personal data and the answers. Furthermore, the personal data will not be transferred into Excel, CSV or SPSS export.

If you want to export the personal data, highlight the data content in the table with the mouse, copy and paste it into an Excel file (or similar).

The table structure will be retained.
