easyfeedback offers the possibility to filter, select and compare your results as you wish. You can save reports, to keep your created result presentations and use them again whenever you might need the same view.

Reports will help you to manage different result presentations and share them with others.

Please proceed as follows, to create a new report:

Navigate to the Evaluation in your survey and change to the tab Results
Click on the right side on + Save as new report >
Enter a description for the report
Click Save

The displayed result presentation is saved as a report and will remain available at any time.

There is no need to select any filter or create a comparison to create a report. The total results can be saved as a report and modified later on.

Once you created and saved your report, it will be available in the results among the 'Reports'. Whenever you open the reports list, the following information will be displayed:

Select report: Click the name of the report on the left to have it displayed.

Change date: In addition to the name, the last modification date of the report will be displayed.

Visibility / Anonymity: As soon as you select the anonymity option, that selection will be shown.

Call: The 'eye' shaped icon shows you how often this report has been called.

Share report: Click 'Share report' if you want to share it with others. A settings menu with several options will open (only available in Professional and Enterprise plan).

Delete: Use the 'X' icon on the right to delete your reports.

Whenever you open a report, the name and selected filters will be displayed. You can change the values at any time. As soon as you make a change and click on Apply , the changes are being saved and will immediately become visible to everyone, who is in possession of the report link.

Display a percentage comparison for individual values
In addition to a comparison of individual and total values, you can visualize the development through a percentage. You will easily see the development for a better or worse, in comparison to the initial value.

The percentage development is activated and / or change in the 'Settings', next to the right value of the comparison. When you click, a menu will open and show your selected comparison value(s). You can choose per comparison value, whether you prefer the percentage development.
