Export Email Invitations
Export Invitation Links
When sending email invitations, each person on the participant list receives an individual and unique link to take part.
These links are provided via the export function in the participant statistics.
This gives you the option to distribute the links through other channels – for example, manually, via messenger, or by generating a QR code for each link using an external QR code generator and sharing them individually.
Export Email Invitation Links
To export the links from the email invitations, you first need to create a participant list.
This list is then added to the survey under “Invite participants > Email invitation”.
Once the list has been added to the survey, you can export (download icon) the recipient list along with statistics and invitation links.
In the export file (XLS), the individual and unique invitation links for each person are then listed.
