Before you activate a survey, it is necessary select a package. All available packages are displayed in the survey settings. You can select the desired package for activating as follows.

Please proceed as follows, to select a package:

Select the desired survey in the Overview
Click on Settings
Select the desired package for activating at 'Status'
Click Save

Note
All premium functions, e.g. the final page or the email invitation system, can only be used, if the survey is assigned to a ordered survey package. In the free-model some functions are hidden or not available.

Hint
You can change the package assignment while the survey is running, if you want to upgrade to a survey package.

Attention
If you change the package assignment in an ongoing survey, you cannot return to the old package after saving. The old package is no longer available after the change in this and other surveys. This only applies to all surveys in the light and standard package.
