Once you are done with your survey, you can close the survey.
Please proceed as follows, to close a survey:
After completing the survey, it will no longer be available for the participants. When calling the survey link, a corresponding message is displayed.
Hint
You can reactivate a completed survey, when your corresponding survey package still has some time left. Simply go to the settings and reactivate your survey.
Close survey
Once you are done with your survey, you can close the survey.
Please proceed as follows, to close a survey:
- Select the desired survey in the Overview
- Click on Settings
- At 'Status' click the Close survey button

| Note If you don't complete your survey manually, it will be closed automatically at the end of period of your survey package. |
