Using the layout configurator you have the possibility to create and manage as many layouts as you like. Each layout is independent and can be assigned to the surveys. Layouts are automatically optimized for mobile devices and adapt to the respective device. To give your survey an individual design, first create a layout and then assign it to the survey.

1. Create a new layout

Select the menu item Layout
Click on the green "+"-button to create a new layout
You can now customize the elements for your corporate design

Colors
Adjust the colors of the individual elements according to your wishes. The color values are given as hexadecimal value. Either select a color from the color picker or enter the color code (hexadecimal value) directly. If you only know your RGB or CMYK values, then you can have the values converted.

Font
Choose from more than 20 fonts the right one for you. If you don't find a suitable one, you can use the CSS editor to integrate Google Fonts.

Logo and background image
You can upload your image via the upload. We recommend to choose a logo as PNG file with transparent background so that no white areas as with a JPG are to be seen. The positioning of the logo can be freely chosen from left-aligned to right-aligned.

Note on the logo
Maximum file size: 3 MB
Allowed image formats: JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG
Maximum height: 100 pixel
If your logo exceeds the height the logo will be automatically scaled down proportionally.

Note on background image
Maximum file size: 3 MB
Allowed image formats: JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG
Recommended image size: 1920 x 1080 Pixel
If your background image exceeds the height or width the image will be automatically resized proportionally.

CSS-Editor (Professional & Enterprise)
The CSS editor allows you to make further optimizations to the survey layout. You can use it to specifically influence the individual elements. All entries made in the CSS editor replace the others. Please note that easyfeedback does not guarantee that the display of the survey will be functional if you make adjustments to the CSS editor on your own. CSS adjustments should be made by professionals.

After saving the settings will be applied.

Note
Each survey layout is standalone and can be assigned to one or more survey(s). If you delete a survey layout that is assigned to a survey then the survey remains only the layout is deleted.

2. Assign layout to a survey

Once you have created the layout you just need to assign it to your survey.

Open your desired survey and click on the Settings tab.
Under the Layout section select your layout
Save your settings

Note
All changes that you now make in the layout configurator are automatically transferred to the survey. You do not need to make any further adjustments in the survey settings.
