For certain question types, the answer choices (items) can be displayed in random order for each participant.
The advantage: This reduces order effects, keeps responses unbiased, and makes your survey results more meaningful and fair.
Randomization includes all available answer options (items).
To randomize the answer options for a question:
1. Navigate to the relevant question and click the “Edit” icon.
2. In the settings, enable the “Randomization” option.
3. Click “Save.”
To test the randomization, open the survey preview.

You can also adjust this setting at any time while a survey is in progress, if you wish.
