Topic: Survey setup
With labels you can easily sort, filter and search your surveys in easyfeedback.

To create labels, please proceed as follows:
 
  1. Navigate to the overview
  2. Click on the button with the small label icon in the upper right area 
  3. Select Edit Label
  4. In the opened Label Management menu select the + icon to create a label
  5. Define the label color, name and optimally a description
  6. Click save and your new label is successfully created

Labels can be assigned in two ways:
 
  • in the overview
  • in the survey

To assign labels in the overview please proceed as follows:
 
  1. Navigate to the overview
  2. Select the desired survey(s) by activating the checkbox
  3. Click on the label icon in the upper right area
  4. Select one or more labels you want to apply to the template(s)

  To apply labels to the survey please follow these steps:
 
  1. Navigate to the survey
  2. Open a survey
  3. Click on the label icon in the upper right corner next to the survey title
  4. Select the desired label

Removal of labels:

To remove labels please follow the same procedure as for assigning labels. Click on the checkmark icon between the color and text of the label.

 
Tip
  • Use different colors for your labels for a better individual overview
  • Choose a short name for labels although labels without names are also possible
  • You can assign multiple labes to each survey


Delete labels:
 
  1. Navigate to the overview
  2. Click on the label icon in the upper right area
  3. Select Edit Labels
  4. In the now opened menu Label Management please select the "X"-symbol right behind the label you want to delete
  5. Confirm the deletion in the menu that opens now


Sort / Filter by labels:
 
  1. Navigate to the overview
  2. Click on the button with the small label symbol in the upper right area
  3. Click on the label you want to filter by


Cancel filtering:

Click on the "X"-symbol in the filter that is displayed.
