Topic: Survey setup
Labels will help you to organize your surveys in easyfeedback. You can sort, filter and search by using label.
Please proceed as follows, to create a new label:
Navigate to the Overview of the survey tool
Click the label button in the top right area
Choose edit label
After that you will be in the Label administration where you can choose the '+'symbol to add a new label
Choose a name and color for your label
You can add a note if you like
Click on save
Labels can be added in two different ways:
in the overview
in the questionnaire
Please proceed as follows, to create labels in the overview:
Navigate to the Overview of the survey tool
Select the Survey by using the little checkbox in front of it
Click the label button in the top right area
Choose the label you want to assign to the questionnaire
To create labels within the questionnaire view, please proceed as floows:
Navigate to the Overview of the survey tool
Open the survey you want to label
Click the button in the top right area behind the questionnaire title, with the little label symbol
Choose one of more labels
Removal of labels:
If you want to remove the label again, have the survey checked in front and just click on the little 'checked' symbol between color block and label text.
Hints:
Use different colors for your labels, to find everything a bit quicker.
It is adviable to choose short label name, though even labels without names would be possible.
You can attach several labels to any survey Please proceed as follows, to delete labels:
Navigate to the Overview of the survey tool
Click the button in the top right area with tha label symbol
Choose Edit labels
After that you will be in the Label administration where you can choose the little x symbol to delete the label
Confirm the deletion of the label in the nexe menu, which opens on this demand
Sort / Filter with labels:
Navigate to the Overview of the survey tool
Click the button in the top area with the label symbol
Click on the label you want to filter
Remove Filtering:
Click the 'X' symbol of the shown filter in the filtering line, right behing the word 'Filtering' and your label name.
