Creating and Removing Labels

 

Labels allow you to easily sort, filter, and search your surveys in easyfeedback.

 

To create labels, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the Overview.

2. Click the button with the label icon in the upper-right corner.

3. Select “Edit Label”.

4. In the “Label Management” menu that opens, select “Edit Labels” to create a new label.

5. Click the “+ Create New Label” button.

6. Define the label color, name, and optionally a description.

7. Click the checkmark icon to save the label.
 

Your new label has been successfully created.

 


Tip
Use different colors for your labels to maintain a better overview. Choose a short, concise name for labels, even though labels without names are possible. You can assign multiple labels to each survey.




To assign labels in the overview, please proceed as follows:

1. Navigate to the overview.

2. Select the desired survey(s), click the “three-dot” icon in the right-hand pane, and select “Labels” from the menu.

3. In the window that opens, select the desired label(s) and check the corresponding box.

4. After selecting the labels, click “Save”.


 

To remove labels, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the overview.

2. Select the desired survey(s) and click the “three-dot” icon on the right.

3. Open the “Labels” menu.

4. Select the label you want to remove and uncheck the checkbox.

5. 5. Then click “Save.”
 

The label has now been successfully removed.


 

Deleting labels:

1. Go to the overview.

2. Click the label icon in the upper-right corner.

3. Select “Edit Labels”.

4. In the “Label Management” menu that opens, select the “X” icon to the right of the label you want to delete.

5. Confirm the deletion in the window that opens.


 

Sorting / Filtering by Labels:

1. Navigate to the overview

2. Click the button with the small label icon in the upper-right corner.

3. Click the label you want to filter by.

 

Clear filter:

Click the “X” icon in the displayed filter.
