The survey preview helps you create and optimize your survey. You can view the current status at any time and test the questionnaire from the participants' perspective.
To open the survey preview:
1. Select the desired survey from the overview.
2. Click the Preview button in the upper-right corner.
Tip 1: Coordinate survey preview with involved persons
With the survey preview, you can not only test the questionnaire but also coordinate it with the participants.
To do this, click the envelope icon next to the Preview button. Your email program will automatically open a new message with the preview link already inserted. All you have to do is enter the recipient's email address(es).
Tip 2: Survey preview always up to date
Every time you open the preview, you'll see the current status of the survey. The same applies to everyone you've sent the preview link to.
The link remains the same for each survey. After changes are made to the survey, participants simply need to refresh the page in their browser or open the link again.
