The survey preview helps you to build the survey. You can view the status of the survey at any time and test your questionnaire from the participant's point of view.

To open the survey preview please proceed as follows:

Select the relevant survey in the overview
Click on the preview button in the upper right corner

You can recognize the survey preview by the word "preview" in the survey link:
https://indivsurvey.de/preview/...
If you later send the survey link manually by email or embed it on your website, make sure it is not the preview link.

Tip 1: Coordinate survey preview with involved persons
With the survey preview you can not only test the survey, but you can also use the preview to coordinate the questionaire (survey) with participating persons. To do so, click on the envelope next to the preview button. Your email program will then open automaticlly with a new email in which the preview link has already been stored as text. You only need to enter the recipient(s).

Tip 2: Survey preview always up to date
Every time you open the preview you will see the current status of the survey. The same applies to participating persons to whom you have sent the preview link. The link to the preview always remains identical for each survey. After adjusting your survey, the people involved only need to refresh the page in the browser or open the link again.
