Topic: Survey setup
On each survey page, the elements displayed there — such as questions, text, images, videos, or audio clips — can be shown in random order.
You can choose whether to randomize all elements or only selected ones.
The advantage: This adds variety, reduces order effects, and enables more neutral, meaningful results.
To randomize selected or all elements:
1. In the relevant survey, navigate to the page where you want the elements to be randomized.
2. At the bottom of the question page, click the “Randomize” icon next to the “+” button.
3. Select the items you want to display in random order.
4. Click “Save.”
To test the randomization, open the survey preview.
Hint
The basic order of the elements remains the same. Only the selected elements are arranged randomly in their designated positions.

You can also adjust this setting at any time while a survey is in progress, if desired.
